He may also be the dumbest man alive...it's obvious he didnt put proper safety equipment in that car.

x2. I wanna say maybe it kinda got wishy-washy and he tried to correct it but over-compensated....and then stayed on it as ppl have said etc but not sure really what started the whole mess ?????
