Wet sanded and waxed.
What do you guys use to get the shine back?

BTW these will be for sale after they are done, but they are far from done, i need more sandpaper, and polish to get them to shine.

Not bad for 2 hours work, but they need more work, more sanding, and tons more polishing

I used to use rubbing compound, polishing compound , than machine glaze. The machine glaze also worked great on my mirrors, windshield and chrome parts.

good to know! Thats what i was thinking, then i thought maybe a plastic rubbing compound and i know others have clearcoated them after wetsanding.

also working on some center caps!
top are not done, bottoms are started. These will also be for sale once completed.

try some glaze on those to. I used a cheap black& decker buffer on the light weight stuff, lower RPMs, no burn. I buff my guitars with it too.
they come out with a mirror finish

I definitely need a set of TC inner markers as mine have cracks... ;)

i use toothpaste to get the yellowing/fogging out of my plastic lights.
works fine and cost a dollar or less. probly should start using it for my teeth though:hick:

these have some cracks the light little ones in the plastic u cant see till u turn it. they arent perfect but are in really good shape

and its all hand, i have about 2 hours in the inner markers and one headlight......
