Who has the LOWEST mileage Fox, cat or bird on here?
List your current mileage please....:pics-stfu: to verify and prove...
I have 128,000 which is low for a 20 year old car :hick:
I think the 9,000 mile TC in the Leads Section is going to win :(
My old 83 that's in the banner ^ (Silver doing the burnout) had 79K on it when I got it. I still don't think it's over 100K with the new owner (who's on here and sounds like he really treated that car well).
177,787 on the body....35,000 on the drivetrain and suspension.
225-227K on the body and transmission.
A total of 150K on the motor.
It's been so long since I've driven it that I can't quite remember lol. Definitely not low by any standards but it does average to around 11K per year. :headbang:
It is good I guess, considering my 3 year old Tib has over 72K on it. :(
the cats got 203,2xx, thats probably top ten highest.
the bird has 67,007
115k
the Coug I am looking at has
53K :D
Layla had 180,005 when I sold her.
My 3rd Blue 87 TC had 272K on it, original engine and trans.
I think I've got around 100,000 on my 87.
I'll check this weekend
Im asking for ones that MEMBERS own, not ones you have seen....
Then look no further to the member with the half disassembled White 87-88 TC in his Signature that also has a sub-1000 mile TC. :shakeass:
My cougar had 75000 on it when i got it now had like 82000 on i think there or abouts..
1983 Thunderbird 29,000

Just passed 58K on my 86. Virtually nothing stock but the body panels and seats.
-ok, so i saw the thread friday, and just for the naysayers who doesnt think it exists, i went out to the garage and opened it up to try to make some pics, so at least you would know its there and does exist. this car was bought off of the showroom floor by my father in laaaate '87. it had sat so long that the fuel had turned into gel. the dealer was a VERY small country town dealer with NO svc dept at that time. my father bought the car, took the tank off, cleaned it out, coated it with POR-15, changed the pump on the sender, and drove it home. he had became friends with the GM at Atlanta Motor Speedway about 2-3 years before, and thats when they were using T-birds as pace cars. they gave him about 10 wide open laps in a '87 around the track, and it had a GFX kit on it, hence the one installed on this car. i dont remember the company brand, but the place that installed it is still in business, so i could find out if needed. i just remember it being done at the time as i was just graduating college. my dad bought the 'bird and i bought my first Ranger GT at about the same time. he kept it just like it is until he passed in '93 and left it to me, which i had to fight my step-mother over it as she tried to take it. but thats another story. i'd get a pic of the window sticker, but its against the wall on the passenger side. as you might can tell, the rear is up in the air, as that fuel pump he engineered from an F150 has finally gave up the ghost, and one of my winter projects is replacing it and putting in a new fuel tank. so maybe when thats done the weather will be warmer and i'll get it out and make some better pics for all to enjoy. interior pics are a little fuzzy as i had to turn up the iris on the camera to get the inside shots. hope this will do for now. as a note, yes its a raven cloth interior.

HI!,
Mine was 46k MILES when acquired by My Mother in 2000, Now it have around 65-70k, not sure cauz I changed the buttstuffog cluster for a full digit cluster in 2005, I have the papers in the glove box with the mileage of original cluster and the digit cluster, I just too lazy to go in the garage to check them :-)
The engine (V6 232ci) rebuilted have around 6-7k since 2005~2006 winter when I rebuilted.
NOTE: My car ever touched the snow, never run in a winter time, always stored since new. (except 2 years here in a yard).
