Title: Stock strut mounts
Post by: Red_LX on January 17, 2008, 03:36:16 PM
Yep, lookin for complete factory strut mounts from a 3.8 or 5.0 car. '87-88 also.

Let me know what you got.

Preferably in good shape, obviously, unless it's cheap to get new bushings for them.

You can't replace the bushings in the stock mounts...

And those are the ones that have the replaceable bushings like the Mustang pieces.

The pair I have came from a low mileage V-6 car. They've been waiting for me to install them on my car, but,I have so much going on,they'll sit forever.

Vinnie, how many miles on them, do you know?

Don't think I can pass those up for $25, PM your paypal addy.

As long as they aren't old and squeaky like the ones on my car, they'll work for me.

The car was under 60,000 miles. The car had been hit pretty hard in the rear. The door hinges and a bunch of other parts (struts and so on) were great,so I pulled akll the parts I could last year and stock piled them for when they were needed.
