Idle should be fine.  I set mine at 750 in drive, 900 park.  Driveability....2600 stall or better with an auto.

Driving range on 110 huh Bill?

You dont really need a new camera. The problem with twilight is that the shudder hangs open longer than it needs to, and gives you more time to shake and move.

Ebay up a tri-pod, I got got one for about 25 bucks. Makes a huge difference

Make sure your flash is off too.  Use outside sources of light other than the camera for night pictures.

Thankyou all for your comments
As for the CAM not much to go by but it idles nice and pulls good my stall is 26-2800
Question back to you how do you like the cam w/ the charger cause I’m thinking of 1 of the 3 poweradders.
Yes I think a stand might help and I did have the flash on so that might have something to do w/it

Paul yes that’s Skydrive remember when it was a Lot I did alot of playing there as a kid walking threw there finding older kids forts going threw there nudymagazine collections.
And finding snacks oh the good old days of childhood
