I'm pretty sure someone here might have dug these up by now, but I found these the other day and just had to post them. Check out the attactments -
the guy must have didn't have the money to buy a truck or suv?
Yeah, because putting a T-bird on an off-road 4X4 chassis would be cheap ass. ;)
i found this over on SCCOA http://www.sccoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58245
Better than going to the crusher.
Someday I will build one. Living in an area that one can only drive one's T-Bird 6 months a year, I will someday build a 4X4 T-Bird or Cougar for the other 6 (and for trailer towing, fishing, hunting, etc). When I build mine I'm gonna do it right, though: EFI, fully functional interior (including A/C), etc. In fact, since it'll likely be decades before I do it, I'd like to use an '01 or newer Exploder chassis with its four-wheel independent suspension. I wouldn't want big mud tires on it, maybe just some 31's...
Ah if wasen't hard enough doing shoulder checks on these cars :)
Cool truck. I saw a camaro done like that in my area.
awwwww, ya know ya want some 44's to run over them pesky Generic Motors F-bodies when they get stuck on a banana peel, or on a clump of mud at the car wash..., rotfl
