Local Ford house says T-Birds and Cougars 83-87 share the same part

I can get u the pass side only the drivers was rusted, maybe there the same thing ????  U want me to see and get it possible?

I'm pretty sure they are mirror image designs.  If I'm wrong, somebody speak up.
