I found this info through work. But they have alot of bady parts for our cars. Also from what I understand they also have the stuff to pop old parts that aren't easy to find. So here is a link. http://www.nationalautobody.com/catalognab/index.php?cPath=1309_1473
I was just there lookikng at there site. They have fenders, headlight doors, bumper covers. Turbo coupe Header panels.
just saw this post.
I ordered fenders from them online. A week later someone called me saying the fenders were out of stock for my 87. and they wouldn't be stocking them any more. 3 other places did the same thing to me. I think they need to update there sites.
Those are the header panels without the emblem insets that are 3/4" narrower then the car. HORRIBLE quality.
Mine seems to fit ok. What's the brand name for those, I'll go check mine and see what it is after I get some breakfast.
Actually, my header panel fits great, it's the aftermarket TC hood that's seriously outta spec.
The hood's even worse. Mine was 1" shorter then the stock hood!
I threw the header panel in the garbage years ago but I still see them all the time.
Mine isn't too long...just seems like the gaps on each side are not uniform. Could be my fault though, I've had the hood off about 5 times, and the fender once to replace the washer bottle.
The re-pop TC header fits great though, I'll check later on and see if I can find a brand name or whatever on it. It needs to come off anyhow, as do the fenders, I've got the TC doors to put on soon. :hick:
Gonna have a calico-looking TC wannabe before I'm done with it lol :shakeass:
Does it have the inset for the Bird emblem?
No sir:

That's with the hood fully latched :hick:
on the backside of the header..it has little things where the emblem's threaded studs would go thru to bolt down.
here's the hood

The fenders are too. I bought a pair for my '87 Sport and they fit like hell. I had to drill holes in the leading edges because the stock header panel wouldn't bolt on, and the shape along the door was all wrong (it was impossible to align the doors for proper gaps). They were very thin metal, too - all it would take would be for somebody to lean on them and you'd have a large dent.
