I got a 57 dodge coronet thats intact and been sitting for 20 years. minimal rust holes, the engine turns but I think the timing chain fell off. I want to trade for a 87 or 88 xr-7 or a 87-93 mustang 5.0 with a 5 speed. The dodge has a 325 polyhemi with 245 hp and a holley 94 2 barrel. engine looks like its in great condition. may need a new starter. I havent tore into it yet, was going to make a tail draggin custom out of it. But idk if that will ever happen. has no title
good luck. i hope that goes to someone who will do a full resto on it.
what is this car?
the post says that it's a 57 dodge coronet.
looks like a late 70's bird from the pic.
turbo, theres a red arrow pointing to a car in the background, its hard to see the arrow at first. he was not talking about the coronet in the center
lol. theres alot of the same cars ppl have here in the back of out shop. like 3 turbo coupes,a xr-7. and an 89 mark8 and all kinds of other junkers. thats where i got my tbird from. it was a junk parts car.
89 would be a mark 7
thats what I was thinking.. they are a good building ground for a nice cruiser car. like floating on a cloud compared to these newer cars
It might be a 88. its a fox body with an h.o. Those arent my cars though i wish i had them lol. Its like a small junk yard back there.
lol, i didn't see the arrow till you mentioned it.
you mean 78, 88's look completely different
between the coronet and the truck, in the picture 88turbo posted, theres a car, there should be an arrow pointing to it. its the only thunderbird in the picture
oh I see the arrow now lol. thats the building owners 78. he buys cars at the dealer auctions. there was a sweet 57 fairlane there.
That bird has a trashed engine or something. it doesnt run
where are you located nutwagon? been looking for a bird of that style for a long time.... running or not I dont care.
