Looks extremely clean:

Also of note is the one-year-only Cinnabar interior with a black exterior...not your common red/grey/blue.
that's not too far from me.
hmmmm.
yeah real clean for the mileage!!!! wow mmm tasty
When he says, "This car needs to go to someone who has an appreciation of this type of rare vehicle," he forgot to add "So I can get the price I'm dreaming of."
Demand is just too little to get what the car might be worth.
Cool to see rare cats pop up, though.
Is the Night Cat the only special edition that changed the Mercury nomenclature on the front bumper? I've never seen that before. I've also never seen the center caps on the polycasts painted...and I don't like it.
 (Back in black)= One Coolcat up for grabs. Happy hunting boys and girls.lol :cougarsmily: :cougarsmily:
AFAIK, yes...actually I don't have any solid, printed info about Night Cats so we sort of have to go by the word of the owners, if they know what they're talking about. Maybe we should find this "Mad Greek" guy. ;)
I thought y'all would want the car simply to obtain the Elvis license plate... :rollin:
i may have found the mad greek.

"Night Cat (1986?-88)
Night Cats were usually black with a half-convertible top, gold accents, and special badges on the trunklid. Total production is unknown."
not much info on coolcats. were these made by mercury or an aftermarket coach builder or something?
Is it me or does the rub strip insert look like it was gold at some point?
Nice but I just can't live with the coach top.
