Title: its stuck... "blower motor"

the past few days its been pretty nice out and its still pretty nice today but today I decided to run the A/C and everything was working fine except I noticed that it was blowing harder than usual and I couldnt adjust the speeds of the blower or turn it off. I pulled the climate control box and took it apart but everything looks fine so I'll reinstall after changing the bulbs.  Is there something that controls the fan other than the CC?  I'm kinda lost on this one.

if your refering to the A/C controls they are digital.

According to Mitchell OnDemand the blower motor is constantly fed power through fuse 9 and gets its ground through a blower speed control module, which is separate from the ACC control module. Unfortunately, Mitchell does not say where that module IS, and my EVTM is out in the garage at the moment...

Would that be the same thing as a blower motor resistor?

I dunno, Paul - I know the manual A/C cars have standard resistors because I just took one out of an old manual A/C heater box I had lying around and installed it in my F-150 to cure a "heater only works on HI" problem. I think the automatic A/C cars have a different setup, though. The diagram you provided appears to be of a manual A/C heater system - the vacuum actuator thingies would indicate that, anyway (ACC uses electronic actuators).

well for now I have removed fuse 9 to keep the blower from running all the time.

for some reason it seems like I am getting too much amperage to alot of my electronics....  I have lost my high beam headlights and foglights as a result.  is there something that could cause this that I am unaware of?

Check all your grounds on the car.  Also do a voltage check across the battery terminals with the car running.  Too high on the voltage points to a faulty voltage regulator. 

Remember V=IR

V: voltage
I: amperage
R: resistance

I was doing some looking at my battery cables and noticed that the wire going into the brass terminal on the ground is kinda loose.  I think I'll change ends tomorrow after I get home from work with a replacement brass end.  Thanks for the info Paul
