Title: valve cover breather

it is pulling oil into the inlet of ther turbo and burning out of the exhaust at high boost what can be done to fix it

Get the PCV vent system from Forced4 Motorsports.

Well, what is the condition of your PCV valve?  Check it.  It could be leaking under boost, thus pressurizing the crankcase...

how do you check them ?

Pull it out and try and blow through the small end.  NO air should pass though it.  You can clean them sometimes, but it's best just to get a new one from the dealer (USE THE MOTORCRAFT ONE ONLY) as they're cheap.
