So I'm thinking to switch to the T-5, my only questions are how much do they come by :S... Alls I want is a T-5 also Stock Clutch and Shifter which came with the cougar so its original :D. So whats the damage I'm looking at?
As far as I know, the only Fox Cougars to ever have a T-5 were XR-7's, which were 4 cylinders. Your car is an LS, which I assume has a 3.8 V6. If thats the case, good luck going to a T-5 -- I've yet to have seen it done in a 3.8. To answer your question though, I got a T-5 from a junkyard for $300 with shifter and clutch. Granted I use this junkyard all the time and I know the guy pretty well.

My LS is a v8 lol, not a v6 I wouldn't bother with a v6 :-p

You'll want to get a pedal assy from an 83-86 TC, 84-86 XR-7 or a Fox Mustang.
It's a fairly straight froward swap... You'll need pedals from a Mustang or '86-earlier TC/XR7... Don't use a 4cyl tranny as the input shaft is slightly longer(but works), its weak, and the gear ratios suck for a V8...
I want the Cougar Clutch Pedals and shifter basicly, and a v8 5.0L T-5 Trans made for the v8 I'm just wondering how much that would cost?

The Cougar pedal assy (which only came in '83-'86 XR-7s I believe) are identical to the 5.0L pedal assy. Since the '86 LS never came with a T-5 anyway, you might as well find a 5.0L Mustang donor car. Call a junkyard and ask, you could make out with $500 invested, you could have $1000 you just have to research.
