Title: Tail light reflectors
Post by: billboehm on September 04, 2007, 11:48:32 PM
I saw the tech article about pulling the reflectors out of the tail light lenses on the older lights. Will the same thing work on my 95? If so, anybody know what it would look like?

No, it won't.
The taillights on your '95 are of a different design. On both the taillights  and the reflector bar on the trunklid, the faceted design is molded into the plastic - there are no separate reflectors.
I tried to open up a taillight bar with the idea of installing lights, but it practically shattered in my hands when I added pressure.

You're pretty limited on things you can do to your taillights.
On mine, I removed the chrome trim along the bottom and smoked them with Nite Shades. I love the way they look.
