i decided to keep car nad need to find the following parts::
2 doors - (elecric or roll up)
both fenders
hood
grill
both head lite assemblies -( new if possible)
switch for sun roof

You can source everything you need from an '87-'88 Cougar LS or XR-7. If you get LS parts, you will have to do some custom painting (trim, grille), but I'm sure you're already prepared for that.
You likely won't find doors with crank windows, so just expect to get them with power windows.
There's an '87 LS at my local junkyard with a factory moonroof. I'm not sure if the switch and/or overhead console is still in good shape.

Front fenders need the cornering lamp holes. Do any LS's have these?

You have to watch for that.
