how did u know your wife or fiancee was the one ur gonna spend the rest of your life with?
Im not, however I think they can spell married correctly...
mine will be... they swallow :D, shiznit, that means I'm married several times...
You'll know she's it when you don't question the thought of marrying her. As for me, been married since '02 and have been with my wife since '97......currently expecting our first in June.
thats the thing i havent questioned the thought of marring my fiancee at all. i just whanna know what everyone elts thought aand all.
I knew she was the one when I found myself trusting her.....I had some very bad experiences in the past and didnt trust women. Untill I met Tina. And Hawk is right, you know when you dont question the thought of spending the rest of your life with her.
I just got married last year. (CJ was actually our honey moon:cool: )
Like the other guys said, when you don't even doubt or regret the thought of spending the rest of your life with her.
Just be sure she is the one though.
anyway, you will just know, like hawk said. (congrats by the way) my woman and i have been together since high school (total of 8 years as of this last january). she was 14 and i was 17 when we started dating. we are gettin married this summer. total damage thus far, 1 fifteen month old as well as one due in september. i wouldnt trade any of it for the world. i would have married her anytime, any day. she says and i quote..."we may not have it all together.....but together we have it all"
conclusion, im a sap...a happy one though
I've been dating Jessica for seven years now! We were highschool sweethearts. We might as well be married... lol
I married my wife a year out of high school at 19. I'm 21 now. It was tough and took some work on both ends, but it was worth it. I guess the way you know is you couldn't picture marrying anyone else.
I knew my wife for a while. We worked together, and we were really great friends.I was dating a couple of different women at that time.I went home one night, and it hit me like a ton of bricks,SHE'S THE ONE !!!!! So,I spent a couple of hours writing a letter spilling my guts about how I felt about her.I was amazed that the woman of my dreams had been right in front of me.So,the next day,I got to work and very nervously gave her the letter.I thought she would tell me to get bent or laugh,or some ego breaking remark. She opened the letter, read what couldn't have been a line or two,and her eyes welled up with tears. She opened her desk and handed me a letter she had written the night I did.It said basically the same thing mine did but in her own words of course. We've been married almost 11 years now (April 8 anniversary).Sh'e awesome.5'3",dark,dark brown hair,BLUE eyes, and still my everything after all of these years. She still rolls her eyes at me when I talk car stuff, but she tolerates my hobby, and she's starting to get into it a little.Tomorrow is her birthday,so,after work I'll give her a little birthday party with the kids. She's awesome, and,if I say so myself, still a little hottie.
My wife was born in Quito, Ecuador in 1981. I was born in Mankato, MN in 1979. My brother went to Ecuador on a foreign exchange program in 2000. The guy whose family he stayed with was friends with a girl who is my wife's cousin, although I did not know that at the time. After my brother came back home, the guy with whom he stayed came back to stay with my family for a while. We kept in touch with all of the people my brother met when he was down there. Fast forward to 2002. My wife's cousin told me she was going to be coming to Miami to visit some family for a while and I was like, "Cool! I'll drive down there to meet you!"
Long story short: I met my wife instead! Now the way I figure it, if she was born in Ecuador and I was born way up north in Minnesota and somehow we meet each other and fall in love then it was meant to be and only God could set something like that up. And who am I to argue with Him??
Seriously it's been a lot of hard work, especially with the cultural gap. But I would never have met anyone else that was a better match for me than she is and somehow I just knew it. Plus, estoy aprendiendo hablar EspaƱol!
thanx guys basically everything you said i agree with and feel that way so i guess its ment to be :) but idk if its scry to you guys or not but ive been going out with her for 5 mounths now. and also have never felt like this bout anyone ot ever able to read anyone like i do her. and i didn't whant it to end so when i asked her to marry me i couldn't belive how easy it was. and im sure walkin down that isle will be a whole lot easier.
Your fiance was born in Ecuador too?
not that just agreeing with what there saying on how to tell. na she was born in Batavia NY. not far from me at all.
Well, I lived with my wife for four years before we got married. If you don't know by then, you'll never know. Anyway, I guess it's when the thought of not spending the rest of your life, having a family, growing old with the girl is unbearable. If you ever doubt it, you shouldn't do it. (unless you're within the last month before the wedding. That's going to freak you out a bit, but just keep reminding yourself of the what if and you'll be fine. Even then, you shouldn't be able to picture your life without her. You'll just try to convince yourself that having a girlfriend is just as good as a wife ;) )
well i can't staand thr thought of being without her at all. it hurts to even think of it. and i can actually see myself with her for the rest of my life. and can't wait til it is official.
Sounds like you're as good as gold, my friend. :)
Does she never make mention of your horrible typing skills? If she can put up with that mess, you're good to go :giggle: If my g/f typed like that I'd go nuts!
yes she can and actually knows what im saying. i know it needs work but hey no one is perfect.
and if i mentioned his spelling all the time i would be saying it with every sentance and every time he types something. i use to say it in the begingin but it didn't help and it wore me out saying it so much so i gave up. and i have delt with it since and yes i can figure out what he is saying even though his spelling is ****ed up.
