Yeah the body doesn't look bad.  A paint job will do wonders for the car...awesome!

im going to wyotech for college and they said i can bring my car in for work i just pay for materials. So im doing the suspension motor myself there, and having the body division paint it for me. god i cant wait, driving it, has given me such an itch.
but yea painting the car and motor would make it 200% better on the eyes, but i dont care, my dad set me up with a perfect start. a mild 351w, and a solid car.

9 inch with a trac lock and 4.11's
and a 89 T-5 which has GOT to go, got a orginal 4 speed for her!
the rear end is a modified 9 inch from a station wagon with 3 inch wide 11 inch drums, and custom cut strange axles

the carb is overkill. but other than that... It sounds like a great start.

yea, you would think so, my dad figured he would put it on instead of the 650, let me tell you you shove it to the floor, HOLD ON, it doesnt bog it just sucks the gas down, its got a HELL of a mild lumpy cam, so the added fuel doesnt hurt it, plus the 393 and afrs will need it!

Yeah I thought the same thing since my dad's 350 had a 600cfm on it for a long time until we built the 383.  But I guess if it runs good and doesnt negatively affect the engine, it's all good :) .

You go back to the 4speed and you'll have to get rid of the 4.11s... I'd keep them both..

Its rot free because of the patch panel on the pass. side quarter, the body seam has rust on it. Straight car, just needs some TLC and a well deserved drive. I cant say much for some of my cars. Keep the 5 speed, you will like the added gear alot more.

A 650 DP would work very well with your combo.

he had a 650 dp on there took it off for the 750, its on a reg so its not pushing max.
yea it has had the rot fixed, its all surface rust now.
5 speed better for extra gear, but cant hold the power, it cant be power shifted, its gonna get 3.55 and the 4 speed, and should be bullet proof.

I'd just paint the whole thing flat black and cruise.
Nice Stang.

if i had the cash that is what i want, but for now the 4 speed will allow it to be driven, and not have to be grannyed
