i'll put some on tomorrow after the Mountain clime with my football team.
I have 255's out back, and they're prety wide.I really want to see 275's.I may need a set of those when I'm done with the engine.I'll be tearing the rear tires up the day I tighten the last bolt under the hood.
go climb your hill and post some pics, dammit!:beatyoass: :hick:
Don't mean to steal your thunder, but here's a pic of my 87 TC with 275/40/17 M/T DR's on the back. They fit and look great.

how much did those DR's cost?
They were blems (double-stamped MT logos), got em for $300 mounted/balanced. I think they sell on Summit for $185 each. I'm very happy with their performance as well.
Same I have 255s in the rear and 235s in the front. I saw a new Z06 today, comes stock with 325s!!
When I get my Birdie ready to fly, I'm going to put 295's on it.
I'lllll make em fit  :beatyoass:
:p
I have 275's on the back of the '80..and they're tucked up into the wheel well...

..AND I have room to go bigger :hick:
I think I could actually fit 315's in back. M/T makes a 315/35/17 drag radial that I've been drooling over for a while now...
