I assumed that if it's a special edition, it should at least have a power driver's seat, right?

Sounds like BS, unless there was a regional promotion with any Tbird dressed up with those dealer installed groundeffects and a Bill Elliot signature somewhere.

I've seen Bostonian Cougars with little or no options before, so anything is possible.

Its for real. I've seen it for sale multiple times on e-bay before. thats just in the last couple of years. Milage is in question though
