Hi everyone.. I feel like I already know alot of you as I have been popping in and reading the forums now and again over the last few months. My name is Kathy and I am 1WLDBRD's mom. Asked his permission before I told you that. LOL! Been kinda shy and didnt know what to say, since I don't own a cougar anymore...RJ has it in his back yard. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and hope you don't mind my being here now and then.. Am always interested in the ideas and creations RJ does to his cars and he seems to have a great friendship with all of you. Thanks.
Well hello,
And welcome to the board.
Welcome.
Ello :D
its nice to meet the creator of a mad man,,lol:D
he's pertty creative to say the least.
Hello and Welcome :D
HAHA I dont know whether that was a complimentor not, but thanks.....i think.... LOL:D
And Hi mom, lol. They used to have this car as well:
1988 5.0L Ford Thunderbird (http://"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2207395")
And this is their ride now:
1993 4.6L Grand Marquise (http://"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2476922")
Well Hello there RJ's mom. I'm the guy who's Cougar RJ destroyed to try to save his right now ;) And since my car's part of his car.. It's like i'm family. Having said that.. Hi mom!
Dang, now that his mom is here, does that mean we have to stop with the perv jokes? :( hahaha
Welcome! But if baxo comes to your door begging for food, just ignore him ;) .
Guess RJ's gonna have to behave himself now...
I don't know if I should welcome you to the board or tell you I'm sorry for having such a hideious son! LOL Nice to have another memeber here in our little corner of the web
Thankyou all for the warm welcome, and I see you know my son. LOL. Baxo, I think I met you once but am not sure, but RJ talks alot about you, and I know your old cougar, so sorry!! Yep, most of it is on his 85. And try as I might, RJ has a mind of his own!!! Your cougar is looking good RJ. Caught a glimse today but had no time to stop, late for work. See ya on weekend.
Hey, I'm not the only mom on the board anymore!!
Welcome to the place, and if the boys misbehave, just swat them one, they'll settle down. ;)
ahem...... you mean, T-BIRD!:beatyoass: is looking good?:D
And I never misbehave! LOL. :D honest,
PFFFFF. I've tried pullin that. Never works.
Do I get in line for a spanking, or.... do I get out of line for one, I'm so confused. :hick:
Sorry bout' the sarcasm, I couldn't help the play on words. :D
Now you know what it feels like, when someone asks me, "Hey, you still got that big yellow T-bird......argh :flame: and it's actualy classified as a MID-SIZE car.
Well compared to a lot of cars today, these cars are pretty big. Compared to REAL full size cars like the 69 Caprice, however, they're tiny.
Yes very true, but they are still classified as mid-size none the less. My first cars were in this order:
68' 2 door Fury III (Biggest car I've owned)
72' 2 door LTD
73' 2 door Impala
71' 4 door Impala
76' Mustang II
74' Mustang II
77' Dodge charger
79' Z-28
86' Cougar (last time owning only one car)
So, coming from my perspective, it sounds realy weird to hear someone call it big, especialy after driving all of those land yachts I had. It's all perspective.
Sorry about hijacking the post Erie Bird (aka mom). Just having a bit of fun.:D
Now Victor, You know you have to stand in line with the rest of them! And no cutting to get to the front either. :rollin:
Welcome.
you ever park beside a '06 GT? they are the same size, if not alittle bigger.
I said a lot of cars today, not all ;) .
The Crown vic is huge next to my bird. About a foot wider and atleast 2 feet longer by the looks of it:toilet:
Sorry RJ, what was I thinking?? LOL. About the Tbird I mean... and you behave??? This is Mom remember??
My 88 is about the same size as a 61-66 T-bird.
HAHA funny, Victor. LOL
Hello RJ's Mom.....Welcome to the board.
