Title: 94-95 stang front spindles ABS???
Post by: dominator on May 31, 2007, 11:21:49 PM
Hey guys.
After doing my 5 lug swap all is fairly well but i had to do a ton of mods and use 1/4" spacers up front(which i don't really like) to use the mark vii front rotors with my new fr500s to mount the center caps.
Question is,if i use 94-95 stang spindles/hubs/calipers and rotors up front will i still be able to retain my factory abs???
Will my sensors fit in the holes on the sn95 spindles or do i have to use sn95 sensors???
If i have to use sn95 sensors do they plug in to the stock harness of my TC or do i have to splice the connectors from the old sensors???
Will The sn95 tone rings throw a code or will it be ok???
Do i have to change my inner or outer tie rod ends or is this just a myth???
If anyone has a TC swapped 5 lug and still has there abs please let me know, thanks.
P.S.Keeping my ABS functional is a must for me as i have went through alot to keep it that way, it was one of the things that made the car above state of the art in 87 and i still get questions like "They had abs in 87??"

Nope. You would be the first.

Let us know how it works out. :)

Funny thing is I was just thinking about how to make this work for you the other day. You'd have to find out what the difference is between the sensors and the wiring and all that good stuff.
