Has anyone here had any experience installing these new dash tops?

Thanks, I wonder if it can be done without removeing the speaker covers. A couple of my clamps broke off on the passenger side, so I used two sided tape to adhere the speaker cover down to the dash and I may have a hard time getting it back loose.
You can put the cover right over the speaker grilles, and skip the part about tpuppies up the dash cover...it still works fine (and looks great). But again, if you ever wish to remove the speaker grilles for whatever reason sometime in the future, a glued-on dash top isn't going to allow enough flexibility to do that. If your speaker ever blows out...you might want a way to be able to change it. ;)
I have one.I actually spent over an hour tpuppies and fitting, tpuppies and fiting and tpuppies and fitting until it fits just right.Take your time,it's better to trim not enough than too much.Once you trim too much, there's no going back.Patience and a lot of fitting before you bond it on.
I let mine sit in the sun and get nice and hot , it made it easier I think. And make your cuts small like vinnietbird says, little bit at a time till you get it where you want it. I wedged stuff between the windshield and dash when it was drying to keep things flat.
