I'm thinking more along the lines of throttle body not carburator.

It does look like a carb.  I didn't know the turbo would work right with the carb?

Maybe he doesn't have the turbo hooked up to the intake???? :dunno:

Yea, except the throttle body is up by the intercooler, not down on the manifold. :)
