Well this is a long story but an interesting one. I went to the racetrack the ther day to watch my friend race *Tbird against about 8 camaros*, and my other friend wanted to start a stock car. so we looked around and found a '83 cougar online. We went and looked at it and it is in better shape than my Tbird!!! one rust spot on the door, plus one bullethole in the rear quarter. So my buddy and I talked about it and we decided the Tbird *known here as raptor project* will become the circle burner. We bought the '83 and noticed a '84 cougar v6 sitting there and bought it for parts:evilgrin:
So here's the cougar: 1983 base model v8: no power windows, no A/C, full console, am fm cassette, sunroof. red in color 2U color code red interior. interior was a lil beat up, but the '84 cogar supplied me with a sweet interior. I've installed turbo coupe rims on the rear, and have to get smaller tires for the front so they clewar the shock. I also have the 11" brake conversion, turbo coupe 8.8 rear, and souped up 302 *almost done* going into the old beast

Thats in nice shape for an '83.
yeah 117k on it too...the '84 cougar parts car had 108k
Probably the only reason it still has any metal left :hick: Nice find
BTW, WTF is up with all that white shiznit on the ground? How recent is that pic??? I thought our weather was sucking (hadn't gotten above 45 degrees and hadn't seen the sun in ten days, until today when it hit 70) but at least it didn't snow!
not that recent...looked at the car for 2 weeks. so probably about a month or so
