Title: Top 25 Drag Racing List

We now have 15 guys on the Top 25! The Top 5 are all 12's or faster, Top 10 is 13's or faster! We keep track of the Top 25 Overall and the Top 25 in every class (Power Adder, Big Block, Small Block, 6-Cylinder, Turbo-4, and Tow Vehicle) as well as the Top 25 60's. So there's PLENTY of room for everybody. We already have 2 entrants for fastest of 2007, and there's PRIZES, so get to it!! :beatyoass:

Whats the prizes Mike? Should have mine on the track atleast once this year, just probaly no time soon

I might make it to the track in a week or two.  just had a brake line decide to start leaking, and gotta put an oil pressure sending unit in.  Mine started leaking.

Im hurrying already! Block and heads are at the machine shop getting the whole 9 yards done to em. Just bought the rebuild kit from Summit so it won't be long before the slicksport is in there :D

I'm working on it. I have to get 500 miles on the engine before I can really screw with it. I put 150 mile on it this weekend so give me a few weeks and I'll try to make a run. :D

Not Local. But I'm up for a roadtrip...I think Sharon(spelling) is the next closest track

Meh, looks like Sharon Speedway is a dirt track, not a drag strip.

Got to run my 87 TC Sat. night.

I am very happy with what it did right off the trailer considering what condition the old worn out engine is in.

I am really loving that TCI Sat.Night Special torque converter. Engine gets up into it's powerband much quicker.

Best was 8.59 at 79 mph (should be 82-83 mph)

60 foot was 1.816 and she pulled straight and smooth.

Now for the new 460. Should run 8.20's or better and with a 100 shot I should bust a 7.50 when I hit 2nd gear with the squezze.

Just have to modify the C6 govenor to shift at 5,000 instead of 4,100.:D

My motor will probably put a couple of windows into the side of the block, but I am going to give it a shot.  Should be this weekend or next.  Hopefully I will dip into the low 14s or high 13's before it lets go.
