Title: Undercut valve questions for GT40 or E7 heads?

Is there a manufacturer of undercut stem valves for GT40y or E7 cylinder heads? If so, would they improve flow enough to be worth buying? Manley or Milodon may make some. Just looking to improve flow on heads I already have. :D
