Has anyone made upper and lower rear control arms with spherical rods end and that were adjustable? Any pics?
I think Maximum Motorsports did. CHE makes adjustable control arms, too, but they've got Delrin bushings. I've got 'em in my car (just installed a few weeks ago, along with a TC 8.8 - haven't actually driven the car with 'em in yet)
I've been running the CHE adjustables since last august. they are extremely stiff and give the car a good feel.
any one know if those lowers would bolt into my lincoln since its the same axle set up?
Not if you want to lose your air ride.
the bags aren't on the arms though i thought?
Airbags sit where the coil spring usually goes, on top of the lower control arm.
shiznit i want to get some nice shiny parts under her to brake up all the rusty ones!
get some paint :hick:
then im gonna have to take the rust off the old parts!! Lets just say many thin steel parts are now piles of rust, like my dust shields, and factory lers and tailpipes...
