She just turned 115k. It has '88 Valvetrain, 2.5" Duals with Flowmaster 40's, Gillis Stage 2 Boostvalve, etc. Just got the plates last month. Also: you might notice the T-Bird winsheild banner. Kewlcoug is my brother, he's making vinyls for some of you guys -- and I got to be the ginea pig for the banner. I think it looks pretty good. Thanks for looking!
nice looking bird! I wonder if thats the same dark blue as the lincoln im buying
More...
It's actually a GM color -- "Indigo Blue Metallic"
Motor pics please. I wana see if she's as clean as the rest of her
yea its a bit lighter, i like her man, keep her in good shape!
lol the motor is not as clean as the outside... but i'll take some pics tomorrow and get those up asap
Nice clean TC. You should lower it.
Very nice... I'd love to have one of those quarter panel window vinyls..
Very sweet ride. When those windshield decals become available count me in for one!
nice... i want one of the front window vinyls
Needs lowered, and ditch the mudflaps.
I was going to say lose the mudflaps as well. Other than that clean car. What's the spoiler off of?
I love that color thats the color i am going to paint my 1980 Celica
Sweet :D
Some of the pictures make it look like a diecast or matchbox car.
nice work though.
What all is done to it?
You asked for it...
Spoiler is from a SN95 Mustang

For a while I was running a Garrett T3. Gave me some problems and I eventually blew it up... Ha, so I stuck the IHI back on. Saving up for the Stinger FMIC and maybe a Turbonetics T3/TO4E hybrid turbo. Pics of the engine bay and interior coming tonight. By the way, I'm 17.

Interior action...
your 17 i love you man, im 16 sat and cars are my love too man, thats a beast you got there! im picking up my first car/first project this friday!
Awesome. LSC's are sweet -- gotta love H.O.'s!
*drool*
Reminds me of why I bought mine in the first place. Mustangs may be fast, but T-Birds are *sharp* -- something that no Mustang can ever match.
I love the car.I see you like the Thunderbird winged symbol a whole lot.
some of the young people in this world know what theyre doin :D
16 here.. and have had my car since '03 Yours looks great.. just... clean up that old engine bay...it'll make worlds of difference.
-oh yeah! you should do the 3G conversion it'll solve some lighting problems and draws. I did it and man my lights havent been so bright.
This is cool...so many young people getting into these cars. I'm 18 and 'inherited' my Tbird 2-3 years ago, but no serious work had been done until December. Now it's just snowballin :D . The H.O. conversion is just amazing...I've always dreamed about having a strong american V8. Enough about me, your car looks awesome! I bet it's really fun with the T5 too :) .
Thanks everyone!
Yes, I love the '80s T-Bird logos lol.
I do need to clean up the engine, although I can't hardly justify it when I will probably go to a 351W or 408 or even bigger in the near future.
And yes, the T-5 is amazing. I can't imagine going back to A4LD!
I see you have Ohio plates, not sure where you are located, but if you are interested the is going to be a meet this Suday, 4-29. Check this for the info. http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com./showthread.php?t=10358&page=11 1st post on page 11.

I think he is somewhere near cleavland maybe. I was talking to his bro a few days ago, he's doing the vinal pinstripes on my car and a windsheild banner soon.

I am located between Lima and Findlay on I-75 (Bluffton). Its about 45min south of Bowling Green.
Did you change your SN? Wasnt it Kewlbird08??
Yea that was me. I was off the boards for a number of months... When I started coming back I couldn't remember my password. Of course, now that I have a new username, I remember my old password :hick: ...
Nice TC, I know what you mean by changing your username. Mine was Gearhead88
i bought my first TC at 14, fix it, totaled it, got a second one, fixed it totaled it, now im on my "unofficial" 3rd TC and its get plenty of comment on how clean it is, i leaned over tiem and so was my blue TC. some of us young guys have the good idea, now driving a TC for the past 7 years makes it hard to drive another car due to teh fact my TC is smooth and quiet..... but your car looks nice!
love the color.
just pressure wash the engine compartment, spray some paint over the red (it was a red car at one time) and throw some tire shine on the rest and you be amazed of how clean it will be
