What about the IAC?Have you run codes? The EGR should be plugged in.

P.S.  That was one of the most difficult posts I've ever tried to read.

^Agreed
Remove the Idle Air Control valve and spray it out with some throttle plate cleaner. Once you remove it, you'll see it's probably all gummed up inside. Spray it clean.

See if it is throwing any error codes. If you can't or don't have a way of doing it, take it somewhere like AutoZone. They check them for free.

If you disconnected the EGR, plug the line that plugged into it with a screw so it's blocked off and not just open to air.

I'm thinking this translates to he doesent know where the EGR hooks up or what line goes to it in order to plug it in.

But I can't help with that as I don't know myself.
Whats an EGR look like?

That pssst sound is a vacuum leak. That explains why your car stalls. I had the same thing happen to me.

These lines you are talking about are all small hard plastic lines around the diameter of a toothpick?
It's rather difficult to figure out all the connections without some visual aid.

If you are able to post pictures of what exactly you have there, we can probably help much better.

Since you replaced the IAC, you shouldn't have to do anything else with it. It should be fine.

Visual aid?

Your second pic seems to show you have EATC (Electronic Automatic Temperature Control), so your hoses may be slightly different.
