Title: Rear coil spring pad?
Post by: pro-five-oh on March 12, 2007, 05:06:41 PM
Hey all, I need new coil spring pads for the back of my 1988 Cougar to silence a horrible squeak.

This is the part between the lower control arm and the rear spring.

Problem is, I can't find the stupid part. Not Ford, not any parts place...is there a similar fox body part that anyone has used before???

I'd recommend the polyurethane versions myself.  They'll last longer.

They have them in black it looks like too....
