I looked up the code it is out of postion. what does this mean? how to repair or adjust? thanks the code is 02 floor/panel actuator out of postion

Isn't that the blend door code?  Edit*Oops never mind that's code 01*

My guess is you're gonna have to find out which actuator controls the doors for floor and panel heat.  It should be only one for both positions.  If it looks anything like the blend door one it's basically an electric solenoid with a metal arm that moves a given amount.  My guess is it a) burnt out  or b) the arm is stuck and just needs some wd-40.  Take pics and post them here if you can and good luck!

Switched it about a month ago.......been real busy, just started posting with it a few days ago.
