Take it now. It's easy to convert it over to use in our cars.New gaskets, and swap the accessories from our kind to that engine,as well as the upper intake swap.easy stuff.

The upper intake on a '91 is different than an '86 to '88.The accessories are different than the '96 to '88's as well as far as how close they are to the engine.they may work in a Fox body, but I don't know.

k but the fox bodies look like they have a lot of room under the hood and the motors wouldnt set that high on em would they?the routing on the belt looks pretty close to what we got on our rides

Like I said, the accessories may work. But the upper intake is different, and doesn't fit our throttle and TV cables. There's plenty of room for it,but it just isn't worth using with the mods that have to be done when you can just bolt on a Mustang H.O upper and call it good.

If it's an SC why does it have a 5.0 in it?

The accessory brackets will work in a fox.  The person known as "MywifesKitty" did it.  I would assume the brackets would bolt up to an older style block without a hitch.  As shown in the thread he swapped the whole motor.  http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showthread.php?t=10085
