Hello!
I noticed that very often you are getting some lowering springs or TC springs to use in your V6 T-birds and Cougars. I'm not looking for excellend steering and stock suspention is OK for me. The problem is that drivers side coil spring is kinda 'collapsed'.
The question is... does someone in our forum want to sell his/her stock V6 T-bird/Cougar front coil springs which are laying around in the garage?
I'm looking for a set in good condition, maybe from a low mileage car?
You are probably wondering why I'm looking for used springs? Well... new springs cost + shipping to Poland will be a big $$$! Used springs which aren't worth too much for someone + shipping won't be that bad :)
Jeez, and I threw a set of stock springs away last year. They were V8 springs tho, and had a coil broken off each, now that I think of it, so forget it - this post had no point :hick:
Well that's not what I call a good condition :D
I'll be doing mine sometime this spring. Yours for shipping if you want them. When I'm doing them is when I can afford to get new ones and when it's nice out so.....
1987-88 V6 cars have different spring rates than the 1983-86...that's won't do him any good...he needs 1987-88 only.
Ok. Thanks for the Info Eric
Eric, thanks for your willing to help!
I've just searched eBay for Fox-Mustang springs and there are 100's of cool springs there that cost about 1/4 of the regular price. I was wondering if any Mustang springs will fit my '87 T-bird? I noticed some guys mention SN95 they are using.
Hey Mariusz! How have you been? I just happen to have a set from that '87 I had. Do you still need them?......Joe
Hi Joe!
Sure, I still need them. My T-bird is sagging on left side. I wonder if that's becouse I'm usually driving alone and I weight too much? :D
Do you have rear coil springs too? Think I'll e-mail you tonight.
Thanks for the info!
