Not if the engine is cool (hasn't been run for a little while).Just have a rag handy for a drop or two,but it's not a messy job.Use rubber coated steel gaskets, not the cork ones.

I want a pair of those myself.I have to wait until my new heads are finished at the machine shop, though. There's a G I A N T swapmeet this Saturday my friend and I are going to.I hope to find a pair there.I have to watch the budget since paint, tail pipes, and window tint are on the "to do" list.

I had a few small drops but I did mine in the cold.

Use the gaskets Vinnie suggests.  I did the same thing awhile back.  You may also need a intake spacer for possible clearance issues.  I installed one while things were apart.  I did not try without it but it looks like there could be clearance issues if it is not used.

I have the Cobra manifold and the Cobra valve covers with no spacer. The throttle body linkage bracket touches the valve cover a bit but really isn't an issue.

It's tight. If it's to tight ,skip the gaskets,Use thin black silicone.

Wont fit my rig. With a spacer they will fit.
