*knocks on wood*
Last one in a line of four on I-70 in Wheeling W.V. So, of coarse I,m found at fault. $1,000 truck, just under $10,000 in insurance claims. Sold the truck for $550 when we had a yard sale.
I've had a few minor scuffles with a guardrail in the vic but thats it. It's going around a tight bend and 2 times in a row I got on the gas hard. Ass swung out and touched it. I've also slid her off once being a dumbass and nailed the rear driver quarter panel and ripped off a peice of the chrome molding. Oh well, pics later on, dad has it today.
Young girl driving Saturn.......Cell Phone.....etc. I don't want to talk about it.
This is what happens when a Cougar bounces back and forth repeatedly between a tractor trailer and a guard rail. Tractor trailer wins:

And this is the result of a buddy of mine hitting a drunk, unlicensed, uninsured Cavalier wagon driver head on at a combined speed of about 100MPH. Neither car won in this case:

i didn't take pics of mine. i was so upset and sometimes i wish i would have so i can show how far i have made it but most of the time im glad i didn't so i dont have to remember how bad it was. i know the cops got some though.
How in the hell do you do that to a car? It looks like it's been "Beetle'd"
My favourite Jy pic - don't know what happened to this poor Mazda truck, but when the steering wheel ends up on the roof you know it's bad:
I looked everywhere for this pic... found it on my car domain. Her name was Katie...

I have damage on the side of my car that's pretty obvious in person, but really doesn't show up in pics...
couple years back I was pulling into a store, going over a small rise, and I couldn't see where the middle of the entrance was very well...guy in a ranger was pulling out and I caught his front bumper down the side of my car. Fortunately, it was a newer ranger that had one of those plastic covers over the bumper. Pushed in my fender and left a crease down the side of my car. I replaced the fender and it's not as obvious now, the front edge of the door is f'ed up in the middle, its creased toward the rear, and the rear quarter panel is pushed in slightly right behind the door. Someday when I have money, I'll get it fixed (car needs a full repaint anyway).
No pics of the original damage though, was too depressed to take pics at the time.
lol that cavi took a truck to the ass hard, looks like in drove up it, and that mazda looks like it washiznit by a train
Or a big, loaded down semi
The thing is, the Cavi doesn't have damage that looks like it was caused by being hit by something, because if it was rear ended it would have pushed at least some of the sheet metal forward (and likely peeled the trunklid off). I even thought it may have been pitch-poled (rolled end over end), but there's not even a se on the paint except where the metal wrinkled and the paint cracked off. It looks to me like something very big fell on top of it - perhaps a transport trailer flipped over, or a building fell on it, or something like that.
Scott - a funny thing about that Cavi pic is that my sister did the same styling "tweak" to the front of hers after stuffing it into a minivan at about 40MPH. Cut the back off that white one, weld it to the front of my sister's, and voila - VW Beetle (note another view of the Mazda truck in the background):
...And odder still, I noticed a wrecked RCMP Impala in your Cavi pic - if you look closely in the pic above you can see a wrecked, burned RCMP Impala in my sister's Cavi pic a swell. A better view of that one:
While on the subject of RCMP vehicles, working in a shop that builds them (and also strips the old ones), I get to see all the RCMP's "Greatest hits" as it were.
Pic 1 and 2 are the results of a parked CVPI being rear-ended by a 14-passenger van travelling at 75MPH. The cruiser was stopped at an accident scene (single vehicle, car in the ditch) and the van driver was drawn to his flashing lights like a moth. Note how the body of the car is literally peeled off the (still relatively straight) frame, and how small the "prisoner" area is. The officer suffered minor injuries. The driver of the car that was in the ditch ended up with two broken legs, though - he was pinned between the cruiser and his own car.
Pic 3 is a brand new, less than 1500 mile CVPI after a rookie botched a high-speed U-turn while trying to turn around to catch a speeder and ended up in the ditch. Every single panel on the car was twisted.
looks like it was nailed right above the bumper and just squished in
When I was there last there was 4-5 crown vics and 2 impalas pretty well complete minus the obvious lights and a few body pbuttstuffs.

back in late 06 when i first came up here to nc from ga i was driving a 2000 elantra. this dumbass in a white ford focus was infront of me and a truck was turning into a parkinglot. they got over in the left to take off past them, then dove back in my lane and locked the wheels up. i had no where to go in a matter of seconds. not even my good reflexes could do anything with it. my hyundai was totaled, the focus had a bent bumper support and exhaust. 800 dollars later he has an aftermarket exhaust and a new body kit. i never got a ticket for it tho. and it was worse than it looks.. the hyundai always dives below the impact point on most vehicles, so the hood and core support takes the brunt. the airbag didnt help me at all cept blow my hand off the wheel into the dash. plus the bumper cover flexed so much it doesnt even look too hurt. both headlights were pushed out, car was gone. good engine and transmission tho, even better transaxel.
A tire blew out on this truck hauling sand.
My old 88 bird after it went to the new owner he got ran off the road:toilet:
Car was totaled , rear end was completely ripped loose, header were ripped off the motor etc... i had more pics but lost em RIP project cheap bird RIP
Guy's lucky the truck didn't keep going over...
So I'm guessing that the Vics stand up better than the Impalas to, uh, police duty:hick:
wasn't in it, but i saw it before they started to remove the car from the trees. It was horrid to look it, the trees where where the drivers seat should have been, the entire trans axle and motor were sitting away from the car. The woman driving was dead, like i figured. What a horrid way to die.

Last Year (December 2006), two womans killed by a drunk driver with his pick-up truck, I know the woman's and the drunk driver, bad history...
The little Hyundai was litteraly kinked at all, the mazda pick up s too, front frame bent a feet left...
Regards,
Dom.
Many people lives are ended because of stupid mistakes. I wish they'd find out what happened to the woman this morning, there was no other car at the scene just her in the trees and it was off a straight away
Another one a little before the truck/car shot, a 22 years old woman in reverse after go to the veterinary for his cat, never see the freight coming...
The Young Woman and his cat killed instantly in the crash...
Around a mile over the last one (bad road maybe)...
Regards,
Dom.
Some people run very too fast on a slipping road or in a bad tuned cars, it's stupid...
In My area the most killing car crash is due by the drunk drivers, in second, too fast, I'm in a little town with a lot of curved roads...
Dom.
A not bad pic here...
There was My first vehicle, My father donated to Me his Mercury grand marquis brougham 1974, 460 4V, a real sleeper with a lot of power, trust Me, this car was run around 135-140mph (2mpg eheheh)...
