Title: Seat bracket.

I have an 86 cougar ls with power seats (ds). the thing die a few years ago where the previous owner was short so I'm looking like andre the giant in a tempo. anyway they of course don't make them for my car anymore. so what cars and yrs can I steal from or buy from to replace the bracket. most of the time they are rusted in pull a part places. :cougarsmily:

83-88 Tbirds and Cougars have the power seat tracks you'd need.

I know that, but I wanted to know what cars who have manual seats that i can swap the brackets for. so I won't have issue's with power seats going out.

Same cars as Chuck mentioned. Power seats were optional so you should be able find a car with manual tracks.
