Title: Tauruas Fan Rebulid

so i can get a fan from a tauruas and the dome light for 20. the fan blades are cracked and i think the shoud is also. could i put aftermarket blades on it and make a sheet metal shourd? what all wires do i need? need thermostat? Good Price? just came across the it on a Mustang board and figured i would give it a try.

Hi!,

You need a thermostat (electrical), and relay to switch the fan from the thermostat, that's all...

You want to rebuild a Taurus fan which has cracked blades and a bad shroud?
Just go to the junkyard and spend the same amount of money for a good one...

Didn't know what they were at the junkyard so glad i asked. well then i need to tell this guy to give it to me for cheap otherwise i will just go to the JY and get the dome light, thermo, and wires for free
