Title: Defrost duct frame question

I'm installing a dash cap on my '88 and I have the dash loose after replacing the heater core.
Anyone know how to remove the defrost duct trim pieces up by the window or is anyone parting a car that has an extra set available?

They are still available from ford, the last time i checked.
