Title: WTB: 1969-1974 351w engine block

hey guys, im in need of a 1969-1974 351w engine block that has no cracks and no damage wats so ever on the block. i need it to have its standard bore with it untouched. let me know on who has one, i got paypal for fast payment. Provide pictures, thanks

new project 393 stroker and that its stronger then 74 and up blocks

good motor, why 393? why not 408 or 410? never knew there was a 393 kit for it.

I've heard of a 392 before. Why not just go 347 on a 5.0?

How much power do you plan on making?


 The larger Windsors  4.10 stroke put alot of side load on the block.
They wear out the blocks quickly.

 They make a 383 CI and a 393CI windsor kit.

5.0 blocks from wat ive read arent so good for a 347 . i chose 393 cause of wat 5.8fastcat said

im mostliekly going carb with this new project, this project is going to be my thing while going to Lincoln tech .. i know wat i wanna do to the motor and i jus need time and more $$$  but yeah a 393 sounds pretty good to me.

  You live  NY and World Product is up there. Just go over there and see if they have any blocks laying around.    LOL

What kinda money are you wanting to pay for one. A 69 virgin just went for $350 down here. My buddy has one is why I'M askin. Not sure if he will sell it? I'll ask for ya,its a long drive though! LOL

hey is this true 69-70 model blocks are 9.48 deck height & 71 up are 9.50 deck height ???
