HO? What is in the HO, and is it special?
!!SOLVED!!
puts out a lot therefore called "High Output" or HO for short
This oughtta be entertaining...
that simple i guess? Well maybe the entertainment begins; compared to what i have what engine components could be applied, and produce more energy from other stock models for a 85 5.0?
So a HO is kind of like a slut..............
I couldn't resist:grinno:

As for the picture, to be honest; I would like to wait till CATJAM, it would be my first show. I hope it would raise some eye lids.
Welcome aboard..
As you can tell, were a bit goofy here :D
main differences between the SO (yours) and the HO are heads, cam, injectors, computer, engine wiring harness, upper intake and throttlebody
anything I missed can be found on Coolcats
Welcome,, you will never leave us now that you found the right place.
Well,,, you gotta beat my setup,,
ahhh,,,, this feels good even if i am dreaming:grinno:
oh, and MIKEY (84fila) , before you go all nuts,,,,,toohighpsi.com is the site
the site says that I would need to fully convert to roller lifters AND SEFI? I was under the impression that the 85 was already produced with these power tools. I typed the VIN into the autocheck data base and that mine was a HO.
Well, I was pumped up and now im back at square one, which ironc because of basic algebra.
I dont know much, is that twin turbo w/an intercooler?
After completing the HO conversion, would i purchase a module for a 88' 5.0 mustang? or would they have chips? Also I found a article about 5.0 turbo, intercooler would that work out?
Pretty excited, just typing away!
Forget the HO conversion. Just build a 347
Theres only one problem with building a 347. $$$
If you don't have it you don't have it. HO conversion can be had for fairly cheap if you look in the right places.
So I should beable to get the roller lifters, and SEFI from a HO Mustang? when scavaging for the E7 heads and etc...?
actually, you aught to be on the look out for the explorer 96+ heads.
gt or gtp heads.
I figure that I could purchase a 91-93 5.0HO for about as much as the conversion would cost or less depends on a deal. that would open the Mass Air territory. I Think? so now i guess ill be on the swap block.
You could always start with a speed density setup then go mass air. You could also get a HO from a Mark VII LSC. But you need to make sure it was an LSC becasue not all came with the HO.
lotsa guys are lookin for a good Ho.........sorry could not resist
Santa Clause didn't stop by here...nor di any of his Ho Ho Ho's...
:grinno: sorry, I couldn't pass it up either
I just wanna get 2 HO's in my car...LMAO...1 under the hood, 1 in the..errrr...backseat? ok..shoot me now :beatyoass:
If i decided to go with the Mark VII LSC, would I have Problems w/commputer systems that i wouldn't need and want to get rid of?
Although Starting at a salvage yard for options, is the first step.
Where does time go? Living with my mother with my cougar in Jerry's Body Shop, which (bytheway) I couldn't have asked for a better job on the paint, strips, and awaiting body kit assembly. Not to mention the aftermarket hood (Great) Thanks Crites and Jerry
