So far the best is 13.70 at 104,with november air and a set of M/T
et streets.1.98 60',has all mid to high power with stock stall and a single plane torker intake.I have 4v heads too. That kills alot of the
lowend power.I think with a converter, more gear, and better ignition(running points)she has alot more in her. What do you think?

im not too focused on the C's if that car is for street strip 4.10's would be great

going to 2V heads would probably pump the low end up..

maybe a better servo in the c-6 and a shift kit would help also.

it has a billet servo and shift kit. It will absolutely kick you in the ass when it shifts. It shook the tranny dyno where i had it built.
it will get rubber in third at ?mph, and then just hold on to the wheel straight. It only has about 370hp at the flywheel?According to one of those car math calculators.

That fuel feed is scetchy. It wouldn't pass tech at my local track. What are your cam specs?

I'm thinking closer to 300hp to the wheels with 104mph in a 3700lb car.  But that's pretty cool, definitely a better starting point than the 2.3.  ;)

Yeah, put some 4.56s and a 3800 stall if you think the crank and rod bolts can handle it.  You'll be spinning pretty hard by the end of the quarter. :D

Try to shave some weight.  I know of three different 351C Fox bodies and they all run 10s with surprisingly mild combos.  But they're all pretty light too, about 2900 each.

I like your car.  You picked the best Ford engine for drag racing.  :)  IMO

Thanks for the comments and questions. The fuel line is temp until
I do the fuel system better.I have a electric pump in the rear and the regulator on the inside of the fender/body.I have a 3/8 fuel line ran under the car because the original 5.0 stuff was so small and plastic. The cam is Comp Cams 278h 536" lift cheapie cam i bought when i put the motor together 2 years ago.It has cast pistons, closed chamber heads, stock valve springs, have comp springs for new head job coming up,roller timing chain. Pretty much stock except for a few bolt on's.So not to bad for a start.
The engine is out of my 71 Cougar(will post pics) and it ran 14.20
98mph with 4.11 gears and the same c-6.

You most likely need some low end punch.

Which is close to 370 Flywheel with a C6

Yeah torque=acceleration. The 4v heads kill my lowend power.I was lookin at cams and they say that "clevlands need more duration on the exaust cause the intake ports are so huge".

Time for some pics of the t-bird in action. I will post them soon. I have to go and put a skinny set on, and show you all that it'll light em up for the lenth of a football field. No sense in wasting my M/T's
