Oi, why are all the good cars on the east coast?  That thing would be perfect with an 87/88 Hood/intercooler.  Good luck on selling it.

What a beautiful car. If I had all the cash from the sale of my Camaro right now I would just go ahead and take it off your hands. But, I guess I should be saving it for uncle Sam anyways.  I love that car.

Kevin,

Keep your car and modify it as you wish.  It's a huge pain to take a  / high mile / beat up car and make it nice enough to be proud of.  At the end of the day you've worked hard and poured money into a car, when you should have just started with a nice car to begin with.

I would love to see the tasteful mods you've got planned.  That car sure is a looker, with the silver paint and raven interior.  It has all the right options and is in excellent shape.  The fmic is a nice touch as well.  If I were you ;) I'd just keep the car and enjoy it.  Swapping in a V8 and changing the wheels out are surprisingly reversible for the next guy - but it's probably worth more with the V8 anyway as long as you do a clean swap.  Just my .20... :)

I was going to say that but Danny beat me to it. Are any of those guys that are telling you not to do the swap going to put up the money and buy it from you? It's nice that they want to "preserve" a nice looking car in original condition, but I see nothing wrong with a clean v8 swap.

I concur with that statement! They are all on the east coast. Ever  time I find a nice Turbo Coupe within price range it's always in New Jersey! I swear, the mafia must d those cars in that state. Every time, New Jersey, Virginia, Ohio....All the time!!!
