Post by: 87fordboy on December 31, 2006, 12:58:00 AM
ok now this is too much first the fender gets smashed in by a garbage truck and now i have 2 huge paint deep scratches. heres the story i was at citrus park mall in tampa and i parked in a space and then these 2 hoodlums parked behind me so i couldnt get out. so i politely asked hey can u move your car bcuz i am about to leave. i got a "hey f**k u holmes!!!" i was like ok? so then i went in got what i needed i came back there car was gone and then on the passenger side there was huge scratches on the side.  i went to the police and had them do finger prints and the officer said to me sir this isnt csi. im like really professional of you to say that. you know its takes a guy with no balls whats so ever to key someones car. but anyway to the 2 a**holes who keyed my car :fart: I fart in your general direction

like vinnietbird, my buddy got his 79 shortbed ford keyed a couple weeks after it got painted.  One long line from front to back, and back to the front again.  It happened the same night my cd's were stolen out of my car a block away.  What happened is a sad fact of life.  Policework is inept, at best, to try solving these "petty" crimes.  Just not enough resources to be an effective police force.

People are :asshole:s.  I can't stand it when somebody thinks they're better than others, and then treat them and their stuff like  just because.  One of these days they will meet someone bigger and badder, and will get what they deserve.

This is remain Me in 1984, My 1970 Mercury Cyclone was a brand new paint (DuPont Black Imron) costed toi Me around 1500$ ONLY for paint... it was in april or May 1984...

In June, I'm in a restaurant, when I go out i see a LARGE and long the car a scratch, peobably made with a large knife or wathever, and in the other side too, and an "X" on the center of the trunk, !!!!!...

It was in rage, but VERY in RRRRAGE!!!!, called the police, and the policemand say, "go to Your insurance" DOH!!!.

The Cyclone was repainted in July...

I never understand WHY?, and dont want to know...

The next spring I'll install an infrared spy camera on the side of My home where My bird is parked, install an old P2 or P3 with a capture card, If anyone scratch My new paint, I'll have the proof...

well, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!,

Sorry man, sucks!  Just happened to me, too.  Paint, only a couple years old...  some juvenile jerks that A) go to the high school near my place or B) a grown adult who wanted the street parking I was in (wouldn't be the first time) scribbled all over the nose of my hood and around the hood scoops with their keys...  I was SO pissed.  People need to learn respect for other people' property.

I feel your pain. I hate people like that. I never witnessed anyone scratch any of my cars but someone has at one point or another.

I did catch a woman once put a full and might I add dripping McDonald's cup on the hood of my 88 so she could help her kid out of the back of her van. I yelled at her enough, I'm sure next time she'll put it on her roof instead of someone else's car.

I've had both the Tbird ( kiced in hedlight and shot with a BB gun) and the Vic' ( Kicked in windsheild) attacked. Contacted the cops and all they did was say they keep an eye out. Put the dog, my St Benerd puppy, and no one has ****ed with them since.
