Title: Post your desktop
Post by: amooset on January 08, 2005, 06:25:42 AM
It's 5 AM and I can't sleep.  What do I do?  Start a pointless "get to know each other thread"  Post what your desktop looks like right now.  It'll be interesting to see how many people have their cars feature on their desktops.  If you don't know how, look for that little "print screen" key to the right of f12.  That'll copy your screen to the clipboard.  The rest is paste and resize.  Here's mine:

Right now i've just got a pic my friend sent me, it cracked me up so I figured it was worthy of my desktop, before it was an ansen sprint (http://img32.exs.cx/img32/6803/photoansenslotmagsmaller6zd.jpg) it changes whenever I see a cool or amusing pic :ies:
And I like my big icons :raspberry

Location: Somewhere near Greenwood, NS
Date: Fall, 2002

Some day i will find a nice backdrop and take a desktop-worthy pic of the Thunder Chicken

how can you post your desktop what key do you use to copy your screen?

PrntScrn, then open up something like MS Paint and Paste into it. You'll want to save it as a JPEG.

Now that I think about it, most desktop pics will prob. be a little too big to host by the forum.. so you may need to shrink it with a program like IrfanView. (it's free.. and you can probably find it on download.com or some other site like that)

That calendar thing is neat, where'd you get it?

Mostly the first pic, on rare occasion the second pic. Will probably find something completely different in a week or two, though. I never keep the same thing for very long.
