Title: flywheel imbalance, same for HO vs SO? (same year)

Both the HO and SO have the same imbalance on the flywheel right? I've got the '87 SO, converting to HO, and going to the T5.
I searched a bit...couldn't find a clear-cut answer to what I'm trying to find out, which is what year do i need to look for. I just can't remember when they changed to the 50 ounce balance..or was it 28, i always get confused on this matter. :dunce:

HO balance = SO balance
