From the website:

Gen I Boss Shinoda Build Sheet

What is a Generation I Boss Shinoda

The Generation I Boss Shinoda is a Mustang that has all the added upgrades the Larry Shinoda used on his original Boss Shinoda Mustang in 1994. So if you are looking for the original Boss Shinoda, this is the option for you. We require all components used on the original car built in 1994 (this option is only available on the 1994-1998 cars).

The Guidelines were based on the original Boss Shinoda, which includes:

Boss Shinoda Graphics (One piece hood decal no laser style)

Boss Shinoda Chin Spoiler (painted matte black or body color)

Shinoda by Budnick Wheels

Export Wheel Flares

Boss Shinoda Super Spoiler (No Cup Holder Version)

This vehicle has a $175 registration fee and is verified via photo's prior to badging.

All decals must be installed correctly and will be inspected prior to badging if you have question please contact us about proper alignment before installation.

Shinoda by Budnick Wheels these come in 17 x 9.5 rear and 17 x 8 up front

Besides even the fact he's dead, if anybody has a chance to buy one, do it! These are sharp looking Mustangs I think, and he was also credited with the original BOSS Mustang design, IIRC.
He also designed the "Mako Shark" concept Corvette and worked other Vette concepts into the 1963 Sting Ray.
Also to his name is the Camaro Z-28. He went to work to for Ford in 1968.
Here's a pic of the latest BOSS, built by his family-owned company:
