Title: looking for empty engine bay pic

Anybody got a pic of an 88 tbird/cougar engine bay with the engine removed?  search came up with nothing.

here is mine

btw,, has anyone else used a wratchet stap to hold up the tranny? I have often wondered what use the two eyelets were intended for by the engineers that i have my two hooks on.

thanks guys, that helps alot.  BTW, looks like the strap works great, maybe today's engineers could learn something here.

the 2 holes were put there by the engeneers for the maximum motorsports strut tower brace to fit into lol

Hey,jcassity,is that the inner fender air silencer I see in the fender?Those are actually intended as trash can filler by Ford.

I thing the "eyelets" are for alignment dowels on the assembly line.

I had some rust there that I sandblasted out and just needed to protect the bare metal from the elements for now.  I Might paint the engine bay black today before I drop the 5.0L back into place.  So  excited though, I cant wait to crank it over and hear the HO purr.:cool:    We'll see.

ahh, makes sense, I looked at it for a minute thinking you modded it and then painted over.(like, different mounting surface) 
I plan on pulling mine out, but want to get an idea what kind of space I'll have, thanks again.
