Title: Anti-Virus Software Pros / Cons
Post by: merccougar50 on January 05, 2005, 12:25:16 AM
On the subject of Anti-Virus software, what would you'all recomend I purchase for my computer.  (My trail to Mcfee on the new laptop is over in two weeks)  I wanted to purchase something vs. pay to download because I would like to load it on both my computers.

Is their by change any free software for download.  Does downloading it off limewire (or similar) work or is that asking for trouble.

heh, thats what companies have always fought against. You're paying for ONE license, not two - whether you download it or get the cd. Home users do it anyways though :p

I've always heard good things about http://www.nod32.com and use it myself. Its my current recommendation although they all work well (norton's has gotten too bloated...)
