Sort of... they awarded me the case but since he didn't have any funds in his paypal account I'm pretty much as the same point as when I started. Now if he screws up and sells something via paypal...

Personally I think they should be able to go into his bank account.

They actually ARE able to go into his bank account. But if there's nothing there either you're screwed. You need to file with all the places I did, FBI, local cops, cops in his area, Internet crime.

Actually, unless you set up your bank account so that you can make payments from it (E-check), PayPal cannot take money out of it. Which, of course, is exactly why I have not done so. PayPal has a history (and several class action lawsuits pending) of arbitrarily reaching into people's bank accounts and taking money for no good reason, causing checks and payments to bounce, and then taking months to put the money back.

Very true^^^

That's why my bank account connected to my PayPal is a slush account with a $10 balance. I'm sick of seller's getting the short end of the stick. But in Antonio's case, he got shafted.
