hmph... if only i wasnt gonna use my 3.73 7.5 inch rear :p id sell it to ya too lol ill see if i can find somethin too want just a carrier section or just decent ring/pinion gears?

Just need the gears really,The little truck has 3.45's and with a 7000 rpm 4cyl it makes the gears  super wide

Any 4cyl / auto '87+ Mustang will have 3.73s in the rear.  5spds got 3.45s... good luck.

im just in the land of private owned salvage yards with overinflated prices.

Gotcha.

When I put one of those rears in my '86, it came complete for $25...

I think i might have 7.5 3.73s at my parents house but i won't know for sure until this weekend.
May have thrown them out but i'll check.

I know there is atleast 1 7.5 at Ifixyawata's house. Not sure of the gears though. Ask him

How bad do you want them, and is the set you have now traction lock what not? I got one out of a mark 7 turbo and wont have time to throw it in or do the brakes for a while...

I have a 7.5 w/4.10's sitting under my parts car. i replaced it w/a 8.8 n 3:73's last year. It's aftermarket posi also. It's in Western Kentucky at 5.8 fastcats place right now.

Dont need them super duper bad would just like to have a set to finish off this low budget project for our christmas race (a few of us are doing a 1,500.00 challenge including price of car) so i have to stay super cheap.

the gears i have are oem ford in a 3.45 ratio the carrier is a open (gears are the same between them both)

sorry I didn't see this post earlier, I think that shipping from utah alone would kill your cheepness. If you want to guess at what they weigh and how much shipping is from 84044, and that should give you a good idea.

normal freight came back 12.31 for a 12 pnd package

i got a set of braND new 373 from motive gears also have complete rebuild kit. will let it all go for $100. im in upper marlboro md
